 ROOFING PRODUCTS
- Cements and Adhesives - View Data Sheet
- Premium Plastic Roof Cement - A heavy bodied trowel grade mastic ideal for constructing flashings, repairing roof leaks, pointing around chimneys and similar patching or flashing jobs.
- Standard Plastic Roof Cement - A heavy duty plastic and flashing cement which dries to a durable, ductile coating of excellent adhesion and high resistance to weathering.
- Hydro-Mastic Trowel Grade- A heavy bodied trowel grade mastic designed for wet or damp surfaces. This cement is ideal for constructing flashings, repairing roof leaks, pointing around chimneys and similar patching or flashing jobs.
- Cold Process Cement - An outstanding non-asbestos traditional adhesive. A solvent based cold method, blind nailing cement that provides a permanent seal for roll roofing.
- SBS Adhesives - View Data Sheet
- Modified Bitumen Adhesive - A premium blend of asphalt, solvents, polymers, and non-asbestos fibers blended to a spray or brush consistency. This is designed to be used as cold process adhesive for adhering SBS modified Bitumen Single Ply Membranes.
- Modified Bitumen Flashing Cement - A premium blend of asphalt, solvents, polymers, and non-asbestos fibers blended to a trowel consistency. This is designed to be used with SBS Membranes.
- Coatings - View Data Sheet
- Fibred Roof Coating - A premium blend of asphalt, solvents, polymers, and non-asbestos fibers blended to a spray or brush consistency. This mastic can be used in conjunction with polyester fabrics. Cures to a smooth, flexible coating that will not crack or flow at extreme temperatures.
- Fibered Roof Mastic - Same as Fibred Roof Coating, but using a softer base asphalt with a lower V.O.C.
- Non-Fibred Roof Coating - Coating to recoat and seal old smooth surface asphalt roofs. Brightens and restores to increase years of service.
- Non-Fibred Roof Mastic - Same as Non-Fibred Roof Coating, but with a softer base asphalt and lower V.O.C.
- Asphalt Primer - Quick drying asphalt with a thin consistency. Brush, squeegee, or spray applied to asphalt, BUR, concrete, or metal roofs to prepare for asphalt coatings.
- Hydro-Mastic Brush or Spray Grade - A premium blend of asphalt, solvents, and non-asbestos fibers blended to a spray or brush consistency. This mastic is designed for wet or damp surfaces that can be used in conjunction with polyester fabrics. Cures to a smooth, flexible coating that will not crack or flow at extreme temperatures.
- Asphalt Roof Re-Saturant - A blend of asphalt, solvents, non-asbestos fibers and various penetrating oils. Resurfaces and rejuvenates roof decks with a soft flexible coating. Use on most types of surfaces, except coal tar.
- Emulsions - View Data Sheet
- #21 Fibered Roof Emulsion - A clay reinforced asphalt roof emulsion used as a protective coating over built-up or modified bitumen roofs as a UV shield or maintenance coating.
- Fibered Roof Emulsion - A fiber reinforced asphalt roof emulsion used as a protective coating over built-up or modified bitumen roofs as a UV shield or maintenance coating. Underwriters Laboratories Class (A) Fire Rating.
- Non-Fibered Roof Emulsion - An asphalt emulsion used as a protective coating over built-up or modified bitumen roofs as a UV shield or maintenance coating. Underwriters Laboratories Class (A) Fire Rating.
- Elastomeric Damp-Proofing Membrane - A fortified elastomeric emulsion membrane which can be applied over substrate. Its permanent elasticity allows it to move with created expansion and contraction of wall surfaces.
- Aluminum Coatings - View Data Sheet
- Premium Fibered Aluminum Roof Coating - The highest quality aluminum coating consisting of oxidized cutback asphalt, non-asbestos fibers, and 3 lbs. of premium grade aluminum pigments. Used to surface coat modified bitumen membranes, BUR, and re-roof applications.
- Standard Fibered Aluminum Roof Coating - The highest quality aluminum coating consisting of oxidized cutback asphalt, non-asbestos fibers, and 2 lbs. of premium grade aluminum pigments. Used to surface coat modified bitumen membranes, BUR, and re-roof applications.
- Premium Non-Fibered Aluminum Roof Coating - The highest quality aluminum coating consisting of oxidized cutback asphalt and 3 lbs. of premium grade aluminum pigments. Used to surface coat modified bitumen membranes, BUR, and re-roof applications.
- Standard Non-Fibered Aluminum Roof Coating - The highest quality aluminum coating consisting of oxidized cutback asphalt and 2 lbs. of premium grade aluminum pigments. Used to surface coat modified bitumen membranes, BUR, and re-roof applications.
- Mobile Home Aluminum Roof Coating - A high quality aluminum coating consisting of oxidized cutback asphalt, non-asbestos fibers and premium grade aluminum pigments. Used to surface coat mobile homes and tractor trailers.
- Elastomeric Aluminum Emulsion - An elastomeric aluminized asphalt emulsion coating is formulated to conform to all V.O.C. and V.O.S. regulations for a safer environment. Makes an excellent UV coating with excellent flexibility and weatherability characteristics.
